Terms of Service

By accessing or using FastDry at fastdry.ai (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by FastDry (“FastDry,” “we,” “us”).

FastDry is a lead-generation marketplace that connects homeowners who need water-damage restoration with independent, third-party restoration vendors. We qualify requests, notify eligible vendors, and facilitate a connection when a vendor claims a lead.

FastDry does not perform restoration work. We are not a contractor, emergency responder, insurer, or public adjuster. Vendors on the platform are independent businesses — not our employees, agents, or partners in the legal sense. Any restoration contract is between you and the vendor.

We do not guarantee that a vendor will be available, respond within a particular time, or complete work to a specific standard. We vet directory listings in good faith but do not warrant vendor workmanship, licensing in every jurisdiction, or outcomes of any job.

No charge from FastDry. Homeowners are not billed by FastDry for using the matching service. Vendors pay FastDry for leads; you pay the vendor (or your insurer) for restoration work under your own agreement with them.

Accurate information. You agree to provide truthful contact and damage information. Misuse of the Service (fake leads, harassment, or unlawful purposes) may result in termination of access.

Consent to contact. By submitting a request, you consent to be contacted by the matched vendor about your job by phone, text, or email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Emergencies. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911. FastDry is not a substitute for emergency services.

Independent businesses. If you claim a profile or use the vendor dashboard, you represent that you are authorized to act for the business and that your licensing and insurance (where required) are current.

Profile claim and verification. To claim a listing, you sign in with email and verify business ownership — typically by confirming a phone number on file, or by requesting manual review if the number does not match. We may approve, deny, or revoke claimed profiles at our discretion.

Lead pricing and credits. Vendors purchase leads using a prepaid credit balance. Each lead has a posted price based on severity tier (standard vs. emergency). You see the price before you claim. Your first claimed lead may be free, subject to program terms displayed in your account. Pricing may change for new purchases; founding vendors who qualify may lock lower rates for their account while the program remains in effect.

Exclusive leads. When you claim a lead, homeowner contact information is revealed to you only. Leads are not resold to multiple vendors for the same job through FastDry.

Credit-back disputes. If a paid lead is materially defective (for example, unreachable homeowner after good-faith attempts, clearly invalid contact information, outside your service area, or a duplicate), you may report it through the dashboard dispute flow during the eligibility window. We review disputes manually and may credit your account if the report is valid. Approval is not guaranteed; repeated abuse of the dispute process may result in account action.

Payments. Credit purchases are processed by Stripe. All fees are stated at checkout. Credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved through the dispute process described above.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service or its data
• Submit false leads or impersonate others
• Circumvent lead pricing, claim limits, or access controls
• Harass homeowners, vendors, or FastDry staff
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law

FastDry's name, logo, site content, and software are owned by FastDry or our licensors. You may not copy or use them without permission except as needed to use the Service normally.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, the accuracy of AI-assisted assessments, or any vendor's performance.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FASTDRY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY VENDOR'S WORK.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FASTDRY IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). FOR HOMEOWNERS WHO HAVE NOT PAID FASTDRY, THIS CAP IS ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FastDry from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or — for vendors — your restoration work or interactions with homeowners.

Informal resolution. Before filing a formal claim, contact us at founder@fastdry.ai and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Our primary operating market is the Phoenix metro area; Arizona law applies unless your jurisdiction requires otherwise for consumer protection.

Venue. Except where prohibited, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Service.
