Your card is charged the moment you claim a lead, nothing up front, no credit packs to buy, no invoice at job close. A valid card has to be on file before leads start arriving.

Every lead is blasted to all eligible pros at once and the first to claim gets it exclusively, you always see the price before you claim, and it's the same price on every lead.
Bad lead? Report it within 48 hours: most credits approve instantly.
You have 48hours after claiming to report a problem with a lead. These five reasons are checkable against the homeowner's own intake, so they approve immediately, no review queue:
- Wrong or disconnected number
- Outside my service area
- No actual loss, not a real job
- Duplicate of a lead I already received
- Homeowner already under contract elsewhere
Anything else? Pick “something else” and a person reads it. Either way the resolution is account credit applied to your next claim, not a cash refund. Credits are capped over any 30 days at 25% of the leads you claimed in that window, or 2 leads, whichever is greater.
